Staff Training
Jigsaw Trust is committed to the continuous development of all staff and learners. There is a comprehensive study programme on offer to all staff across Jigsaw Trust (inc. Jigsaw CABAS® School, JigsawPlus, Jigsaw Trading).
In addition to this, there is an extensive programme of personal development training available which all staff are actively encouraged to participate in. The CABAS® teaching qualification is an internationally accredited certification as are the BCBA exams staff are able to work towards and the Care Certification and core industry qualifications we support.

Our philosophy supports developing the individual and we recognise that training needs will differ from person to person. We offer a number of career paths to meet these needs and we are happy to help you choose the right career at Jigsaw.
