Thank you to everybody who supported us and celebrated with us at Jigsaw’s 25th Birthday Gala Ball recently.
We thoroughly enjoyed celebrating the end of our 25th Birthday year with a spectacular Gala Ball at Epsom Downs Racecourse on Saturday 13 September 2025. The evening was a fundraising gala with champagne reception to both honour and highlight the work that we do supporting autistic children and adults through our services here at Jigsaw.
We were extremely fortunate to be able to enjoy music from Derek Paravicini during the opening reception and our great thanks to both Derek and Adam Ockelford for their support. We’d also like to share our tremendous thanks to all the attendees, sponsors, donors, supporters, volunteers and friends who contributed to such a successful evening. Funds were raised throughout the evening via a raffle, silent auction, live auction and pledges and all told, the event raised over £128,000 for the charity.
Funds will go to support a range of key projects across Jigsaw School, JigsawPlus and Jigsaw Enterprises including the inclusion of some new sensory environments, all of which will provide specific and valuable benefit for all our learners. We will be adding photos from the night to our ‘Jigsaw 25 years’ page here on the Trust site in due course.
We would also like to say a particular thank you to our host and auctioneer for the night, Kevin Durham. Kevin kept the evening running to schedule, injecting a wonderful sense of humour into proceedings. And, last but by no means least, our huge appreciation and thanks to our splendid Ball Committee who organised the entire evening, ensuring everything went without a hitch and everyone had a wonderful time!
