Pupils at Jigsaw School make stop-motion films

Pupils at Jigsaw School make stop-motion films with SATRO education charity.

This term, pupils have been taking part in Coding and Animation workshops to create some fantastic stop-motion films using an iPad.  They have been working with different medium such as Duplo, Fuzzy Felt, Play-dough and letter tiles and have really enjoyed creating their projects.  Here are some images of a stop-motion film being put together by a pupil using fuzzy felt and letter tiles.  These sessions help focus on fine motor skills, story telling and sequencing, amongst other things, so are fun and valuable ways to help develop these skills.   We are really grateful to the team at SATRO for supporting our pupils with such excellent workshop sessions.
